French Summer Cultural Event

Get immersed in the beautiful French language as you join us at our 90 minutes French event bi-weekly, where we explore a new theme, celebration or tradition each time. Our team of passionate, native, French teachers guarantee you the best experience as they help you integrate new language skills and entertain you in discovering how traditions and events are celebrated in France at the same time. 

This program focuses on language introduction and immersion based on a main point: Curiosity and culture. Discovering or expanding knowledge about the event, will help assimilate the language's foundations in a way that is both entertaining and efficient. You will only be left to want to come back for more!

Come expectant - a new theme is reviewed every session so you can be assured to stay entertained and knowledgeable.

You can therefore offering our 90 minutes French cultural event online, all year round as our goal is to ensure a safe, fun and cultural learning accessible to your children.

Travel to France and other French speaking countries, learn about new traditions and cultures, as you expand your French skills, all from the comfort of your home! 

Session Details

Our team has worked diligently to create a teaching curriculum built specifically for online sessions, specially prepared for your child to assimilate the foundation of the French language through the mind's greatest learning tool: curiosity and desire for growth. 

We ensure our students are involved and engaged through our many learning activities, including crafts and arts. 

Our goal is for your child to leave the session richer in knowledge and smarter in French, only wanting to come back for more!

Father's Day!

Did you know that Father’s Day originated in the US? It was a US teacher back in the early 1900 that started the tradition, wanting to also honor fathers, after her own dad raised her and her 5 siblings on his own, following her mother’s passing. 

Today, it is recognized as a national day in many countries around the world. 

Join us and look forward to learning more about French customs and habits, while you gain in French skills and vocabulary!

Music Festival!

The Summer solstice is the time of the year when the sun is the closest to the pole, the longest day of the year, and a time for celebration in many countries. In the US, it is celebrated in places like Seattle, WA with the Fremont fair, in Sweden everyone gathers for “midsummer” and in France, we celebrate with music!

“La Fête de la Musique” (The national Day of music) is the yearly opportunity for musicians of all backgrounds and genres to play their music to the public. Streets become full of artists and people enjoying their tunes and melodies. 

Join us for 90 minutes of music filled, craft making and French learning fun!

Also known as Independence Day, the 4th of July is the day where we celebrate the Declaration of Independence, separating the 13 North American colonies from Great Britain. 

Did you know that this year will mark the 245th anniversary since the day the declaration was signed in 1776? And that the vote in favor of independence from Great Britain took place on July 2nd but Congress only completed the process of revisiting and finalizing the original draft on July 4th?

Join us this session and discover more about this great day with the help of crafts and activities, all while learning about French language.

Tour de France!

Le Tour de France is a world-famous cyclist competition which has been running for over 100 years now. It is a very impressive sports event, where professional athletes compete almost daily over a 3-week period, biking over 2,100 miles!  

Watching “Le tour” is also the best way to visit France from your home, as you follow the competition from your TV.

We invite you to join us in this session, as we are taking you to visit France with us. We will learn about the great history of some of the main cities visited by the cycling squads and promise you 90 minutes of fun, enriching, French learning times!

July holds a common celebration for US and France. It is the month where both countries celebrate their Independence. The French commemoration is commonly referred to as “Bastille Day” abroad.

In France, Bastille Day is known as “La fête nationale”. Held on July 14th, it is the day commemorating the independence of the citizens, freed from the Monarchy’s absolute power and the institution of the Republic, leading to Democracy.

Join us this session and learn about French language, history, and about the traditions and activities held on that day including fireworks, military parades and aviation shows!
